When I try to access my account using my password which I have had for years i amy advises I have no internet connection but the fault is not at my end but as Sky's. I have not been able to get access to my programmes forf nearly 2 days. I am certainly using the correct password/ I need help to add more data from my piggybank, please!

My Wi fi is on in my house , the wifi is switched on in my phone. I have 3 bars in my signal . When I click into my account I dont even get to put my password in Stating I have no internet saying "Technical error. It's not you its us" I vae tried using the link suggeste & refreshing th page numerous times

This has been happening to me for months. I can't roll data to my sim using WiFi or anything.
they don't have a fix. I've had hours on the phone where they escalate it and I still haven't heard back from 2 months ago.
