Trouble returning Space talk watch to be repaired

I have a child's space Talk watch with a Sky sim. It is just out of warranty and is not working. I have still got over 12 moths to pay. I am having trouble filling in the form space Talk has sent me. It won't accept my postcode or full address. Any help I would be grateful, space Talk take days to reply and are not solving the problem

I'm not sure what we can suggest here other than perhaps see if you can find a phone number to call them on about this ?

The main phone number is out of service. I phone Sky and they gave me two numbers. Which I found are also out of service. I think I could fill the form in. It's where it says enter address, at least 2 letters. So I enter my postcode, not found. Try different variations. Then full address. I thought about printing form out and filling in by hand. But at end it wants a photo of fault and a photo of proof of purchase. In the meantime I am trying three different brokers, two different phones and I pad and laptop top. Surely it isn't meant to be this hard.
