Just checked out on the mysky app and ordered iphone and data plan, credit check went through and was presented with a page to read and sign my documents. Unfortunately the app crashed on my current phone and when I go back on my account (on myskyy app android, or on desktop pc) I can not find my credit agreement to sign anywhere, when I go back on to sky mobile its as if I have to start all over again, but I would have to go through detaiools and credit check again?
Any thoughts?

Hi, what was the outcome of this as the same thing has happened to me twice. So according to what I have done on the app I now have multiple credit arrangements with sky mobile and air pods x 2 and no record of the order with Sky!

Hi, I ended up just kept doing the application again until it went through. It's probably just a glitch in the app itself that needs addressing with sky - the other option is to apply on the web via pc/laptop
