Travel

Hi I go on holiday to Turkey , and I'm just wondering what is the best way to use my phone out there , do I need to put the data passport on ? Is it 2 pound a day? Will my original data phone and text work out there , or do I need to buy a traveling bundle , never been on holiday slightly confused on what to do with my phone

Hi @Ellie200308  yes it's still £2 per 24 hours use of your home allowance. All you need to do is set your spend cap at the correct level, eg £14 for 7 days, make sure roaming and mobile data are turned on in your phone settings and once you arrive it will kick in automatically once you send a text, make a call or use a small amount of data. There are no packages available from sky.

@Ellie200308

There are no 'travel bundles'. Roaming will cost £2 for each 24 hour use of your home allowance and data from your Piggybank. Just make sure your spend cap is set sufficiently high to cover your entire stay. Make sure roaming and mobile data are switched on in your phone settings. The charge kicks in once you send a text, make a call or use a small amount of data. Calls to local numbers will be charged at international rates.
