Transferred old number

Hi I have transferred my old number from Tesco mobile it has gone through ok but has not changed on my new phone followed all steps online still not resolved any ideas thanks in advance

If Sky has told you that the number has transferred then have a look into your phone settings to see if it needs updating.

Phone is all updated been turned on and off
