Complaint iphone15

I am so annoyed with Sky team, passed from pillar to post since December 2024. Husband passed away December cancelling mobile contract under Warranty & so many things have gone wrong. Lies, nothing on their Systems. Disputing logs I reported. They sent iphone 15 back during cooling off period. So little empathy when I was trying to get through my grief on sudden loss. No communication. After years being loyal so annoyed with Sky

Was your husband the account holder because if he was there is specialist team at Sky you can speak to that might be able to help:
