I'm already on Sky Mobile (sim only, out of contract). I just bought a new iPhone and there was an offer to add a sim with double data for the same price. I've got the phone and new sim, but how do I switch my number from my old Sky sim to my new one? Requesting a PAC doesn't work? I'm getting a feeling that it can't be done and that I'm now paying for two sims?!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Anonymous you should have just used your old sim and asked sky if they could give you the offer on your old sim. You can't move that number to the new sim. You now need to call sky on 150 and ask them to cancel the new one and see if it's possible to get the offer on that old sim.

Find out moreYou can't switch your number from one Sky sim to another so you will either have to use the new one which will mean a new number and cancel the old one. Or try calling Sky to see if they can apply the double data promotion to your current out of contract Sim, if they can the new sim will need to be cancelled if you have activated it. 150 is the free number to call Sky on.

Thanks for your replies. That's what I thought the answer would be. I'll call Sky. Thank you!
