How do I get a written transcript of two calls made from my mobile today (24/07/2024)

I have contacted Sky direct. Yes I am entitled to Transcript of calls and am waiting for them to be Emailed to me.

Were these calls from your mobile to Sky Customer Services? You didn't mentioned that in your original post.

Hi @Normie28 there may have been a bit of confusion I think here, if it's calls to sky then yes you can get transcripts but if they were general calls to someone else then I believe @PandJ2020 is correct and you can't get the transcripts.

A telco absolutely shouldn't have any way of providing such a thing, and if a state security agency was listening then it's kind of in their nature not to admit it...
Calls to Customer Service come under the terms of a Subject Access Request.
