I have contacted Sky direct. Yes I am entitled to Transcript of calls and am waiting for them to be Emailed to me.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Normie28 there may have been a bit of confusion I think here, if it's calls to sky then yes you can get transcripts but if they were general calls to someone else then I believe @PandJ2020 is correct and you can't get the transcripts.

A telco absolutely shouldn't have any way of providing such a thing, and if a state security agency was listening then it's kind of in their nature not to admit it...
Calls to Customer Service come under the terms of a Subject Access Request.
