I'm trying to tack my phone delivery but it's not working saying error

When did you place the order and what is the error message ?

 

When it is due for delivery you will get a text/email with a one hour delivery slot.

I tried that link and it's saying error code. 

it's due today but I haven't received a time slot

Hi @Jadeb01  if you haven't received a time slot from DPD then it's unlikely the phone will be arriving today. Slots are allocated before 10:00 to 11:00 am.
