sim plan

I ordered two sims by accident as i thought you had to do that when you changed your sim plan my account is showing 4 sims now but we took the old ones out inserted the new ones and activated them, Will we still only pay for the two sims as we have updated our sim plan now on sky app

Hi @Silver+one  if you don't activate them they will drop off your account and you won't be charged. If you have activated them you need to call sky on 150 to cancel them.

If you did not activate these two new sims then you will not be charged for them as they will be automatically cancelled.

Depends on what you did.

 

If you activated them as new SIMs then you will have 4 SIMs.  If you activated them as a replacement then you'll be charged for 2.

 

Do you still have your phone numbers?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
