I paid off my bill a couple weeks ago and you've taken 41 pounds out why

We've taken nothing as we're other customers here...

 

Any manual payment you've made will count against next month's bill and won't stop an automated payment.

 

Does your account now show a credit?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
