No mobile / data signal

Hi

It is the least absurd not having a call center to call and address any issues as I am a new customer and did not expected I will have to speak with an AI thing which isn't able to get me sorted

 

I am unable to use my phone as there isn't any signal, nor data and tried everything but nothing could help

The trick when trying to get through on the phone is to say nothing when asked anything by the bot.

 

As for your issues, if you are new to Sky have you activated the sim, if so when did you do this ?

Is there a phone number I can call for support?

I am new to Sky, a prepay sim and yes, it is activated few days ago.

There is no such thing as a pre pay sim as all sims are pay monthly.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
