Can anyone help me with my issue? Sky are saying I have too many devices to order any more however 4 of my devices have been paid off which 2 of them are tablets/ipads and do not have a sim or any data that I am currently paying for. How do I clear this from the list so I can order more devices? I do not get the option to "swap" these devices. Has anyone had this same issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou need to call Sky. The agent can place the order for you. The devices only drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device.

I am having the same issue as some of the phones are years old and I don't have them anymore, surely they belong to me and can be removed. Why do I have to return them to sky when I have paid for them.
Can sky not just clear them

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNo one has said you have to return them if they're paid for. If the old ones are preventing you ordering online call Sky and an agent can place the order for you. Be aware we've been told the lines are busier than usual at the moment.

So I can order a new thing on a phonecall but not online, is that what you mean?
