To Greenfingers

Hi Greenfingers I saw you message but as said below, nothing works.

Just like Sky Greenfingers nothing works right on Sky there's not blue bubble at the bottom right there is a blue rectangle with  Reply in it, that with not post the message, now you can or maybe not replay to this one.

and believe me after 14+ years with Sky my liking of Sky is whereing thin.

Your post isn't very clear but suffice to say unfortunately the escalation process is currently switched off and will be for another 2 weeks (approximately). You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.
