Hi, I have an order in place for a new phone and when I log on to sign the credit agreement it can't be signed because it isn't showing anywhere. I am logged on with the correct log ins and account, I've tried multiple devices and online chat before but still not working.

If it doesn't appear via the button here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/signing-a-sky-mobile-credit-agreement
Then if you have only just placed this order then it be not be available just yet.So if it hasn't appeared by tomorrow then you will either have to call or use social media to contact Sky about this.

Thank you. Order wa solaces Monday night as that was my thinking too. Still not available

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid reponses.
You can also contact Sky via social media:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
