Three weeks without mobile service

Im now 3 weeks without monile service, can't receive or making calls.

I contacted the service (after hours of stress with the bot), the person say it had a problem with an phone mast near my house.

Now its three weeks after, I received a notification that was all sorted, Im still without service.

I tried ti contact the agents again, but the chat just keep been deactivated due lack of communication (from the agents), now I can't even chat anymore as the chat shows as unavailable.

You'll need to call Sky via other means, or via social media maybe (links at the bottom of this page). Remember that Sky themselves do not own or maintain any masts.
