Phone delivery

Hi I ordered phone but I need it ideally in the next 2 days If that's possible, it says coming soon on the tracking but i don’t know what that means

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
