They are Calling for my otp

Someone is calling me about sky is not getting good coverage so we are going block this sim and send you a new one and they are asking me email otp should i share it

No, that's absolutely a scam.  SIM cards have nothing to do with signal propagation from masts.

If you still can access your account then immediately change the password yourself @Jaya_1  if you can't access it then call sky on 150.

I have changed the password using aichat bot in app, is it okay now or should I have to worried

If you have changed it and still have access to your account then you should be ok @Jaya_1  check nothing has been ordered in the account.
