The person is on another call message

I am on sky mobile, and on occasions I'm phoning my teenage daughter who is with EE and it rings twice and says the person is on another call. She says she isn't on another call and has call forwarding set up in any event, and has no missed calls from me either, why is this? Is it a common issue? Is the issue on sky or EEs end?

It might be worth the both of you reporting this to your networks so it can be investigated, 150 being the number you can both use to do this.

Hi @Lil84  get them to check they haven't accidentally blocked you in their phone settings.
