I agree, it is stupid, it's been 4 days for me, it seems the sky technicians can't find the problem but that's just my opinion

I called sky customer services and they were useless, they didn't have a clue, so I'm no better off

Yes, but 4 days, it's ridiculous, do their technicians know what they are  doing. I've also had the same message come through about 6 times after this problem started.

has anyone else rung customer service about this?

Agree that it seems they can't find the problem as people are being given different answers as to what the issue is

They didn't even tell me there was a problem, they just blamed apple saying it was my phone that was the problem, I tried my sim in another phone and still had the same problem, they said they're guna ring me back tomorrow and let me know what's happening, so will let you all know what they say on here

I've been having trouble receiving texts for 2 days as well. I can receive texts from Sky customers but not from other firms. I can send texts and they are being received by others but I cannot receive texts

I'm not getting certain text messages either, just spoke to sky, tried to fob me off, is anyone else still having problems, anybody know when is the issue going to be resolved?

I am getting no signal at all from home, I checked thecoverage map and entered my postcode, apparently a mast in my area isn't working, has anyone else checked their area for faults?

Not getting texts from my dad who is on O2 from Friday, he needs to be able to contact me as I am his career. Cannot get through sky mobile, does anyone have a contact number or solution? Tried hard phone reset, network reset, all the usual things but nothing. This unacceptable

This was the same for me. I kept checking it every hour to see if it was fixed

See this is the problem, Sky are telling some there is a problem they are fixing and other are saying there isn't an issue and it's your phone, also the fact they haven't picked up on this forum about the amount of people having the same

problem is shocking

Same not receiving incoming texts from networks other than sky since Friday/Saturday .. thought it was just me tilli found this thread. Hope they sort it soonisvery frustrating!

Absolute joke.... rung sky and said when will this issue be fixed? Apparently was fixed lastnight and now it's being tested before the fix goes live. I have missed so many texts from friends and family and sky are to apply a £5 refund to my account ! Whoopy do .. its really poor

I've still having problems and it's really annoying me now, d o their engineers know what they are doing and why is it taking so long

@Stevo1979 did they say how long it would take as apparently other people are saying Sky Told them there was no issue
