Terminal cannot be configured

I've just moved to Sky mobile and received this text msg "The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact Customer support for further assistance" 

 

The phone has been working fine for a few days and the only thing I was trying to do was sign into my Ticketmaster app on my new phone?

Hi @Ginger070  try this. 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD. Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with. Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings. Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
