Paying for a phone I didn’t want

I have noticed on my bills that I am paying £2.00 per month for a Nokia phone that I never wanted but got sent it and told no charge, it is still wrapped in the no. And is of no use to me and I didn't want it in the first place but was told it was free of charge, I can send it back and would like a refund of what I have paid to date

Hi @DIG2731  you will need to call sky on 150 to discuss this. If you are outside the 31 day cooling off period you may have trouble with sky agreeing you returning it. You could also go down the formal complaint route.
