Telephone password

Hi , I want to talk to customer services about upgrading my phone . I called 150 and I stated I don't remember my password but they said we have no other options to ask you as it doesn't give them the options for any security questions. I tried to explain I know all of my security questions and have never had a problem before with them letting me access my account . Apparently there is nothing they can do about it as the screen is only asking for the password . What am I supposed to do ?

Otherwise all we can suggest is call Sky again and when prompted for it say "forgotten it" or similar. Sky should be able to verify your identity as the account holder by other means and then set up a new telephone password with you. Unless theres a technical issue it shouldn't be a problem like you've encountered.
