Telephone not charging

Have tried 3 chargers all of which are known to work but my phone not charging.

@Sandra120 Before you contact Sky to arrange a repair it's worth looking to see if there is any debris in the charging port that might be preventing the charger from connecting properly.

If there is no debris then you need to arrange a repair and that can be done here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-repairs
