I have received a new phone as part of the phone swap deal.
I have tried the quick transfer but it says there is an error so it won't go past the option where you scan the image on the new phone screen.
I then tried to set up the phone without this option by signing into iCloud on the new device. It's been trying to sign in for an hour now and the dial on the screen just keeps going round.
It says you need WiFi for both. I'm with Sky broadband.
No idea what to do!!
