I've been trying for the last week to upgrade my ipad but as soon as I go to Add to Basket, it throws back the Technical Error .... its us, not you message.

Anybody any suggestions??

You will need to call Sky to upgrade, 150 being the free number to use.

I get exactly the same thing when trying to upgrade my tablet too. Although, it all worked fine the other day upgrading my sons phone to a new phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️
