I've been trying for the last week to upgrade my ipad but as soon as I go to Add to Basket, it throws back the Technical Error .... its us, not you message.

You will need to call Sky to upgrade, 150 being the free number to use.

I get exactly the same thing when trying to upgrade my tablet too. Although, it all worked fine the other day upgrading my sons phone to a new phone. 🤷🏼♀️
