Tablets

Hi I Ave 2 tablets and I got msges from sky on my app 2 say the contracts r up 4 them both so I rang them 2 cancel the contracts on them and still appear to be charged nxt month for them both watch do I do

If the contracts are up do you mean you have finished paying the credit agreement off on them, if you are not sure then you can check what is left to pay (if anything is) here so go to your "My Payments" section here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/device/x/payments

 

If you have called to cancel then are you also paying for a sim on them then it might be that your bill for next month has already been created prior to you calling them to cancel so this will have to be paid before it should be credited back.
