I can't sign my credit agreement can I get some help immediately

It's telling me my sky id is already linked to my account so will not let me go through to sign agreement

Are you using the correct ID to access this so click the button on this page as it should take you to it to sign it:

Yes using all the correct details I've rang sky and they said I would receive another email tonight but still not heard anything

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
