I have been advised by Sky that TDX Group have pruchased the my arrears balance on my Sky Mobile account and did so some time ago (over 6 months). In that time, they have not written to me about balances/payments etc,
TDX are clearly more of a B2B service so I cannot locate a consumer service or subisdiary with which to contact them to make offer of repayment.
Sky cannot help me with any further details.
Anyone been stuck in this nightmare? How did you get out of it?
