Swiping updates

I have upgraded my both devices last month and i recieved both devices but i have received only one email for settlement of one device even i called sky for this issues and one of your colleagues say we will fix it within 7 working days not it takes more than half a month and now my bill like too high now i am going to pay that.

We're other customers here - you'll have to contact Sky as we can't fix it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It takes the company that handles the returns for Sky 2-3 weeks to do this so you might have a while to wait yet if it hasn't been 3 weeks since you returned this device.
