Swapped old phone and returned but still getting charged for itm

I recently swapped my iPhone 14 pro max for the 17 max. I sent my device away with special delivery and it was received. I have had no communication from sky, so I expected everything was ok. There was nothing wrong with the phone except a few scratches which I stated when doing the swap however I am still being charged for the device. Can someone help me with this?

Hi @LiverpoolLad  it takes 2-3 weeks for swaps to be processed so if it's longer than this you will need to call sky for help. Have your tracking information available if you call.
