Bill

Hello,

 

so payment was taken on 27th of October and put back into my account. I tried to then pay in via the app and it wouldn't work. When I look online now it says it's been paid on 25th October & 4th November. But no money has been taken from my account. I just want to confirm what's going on.

Hi @Aisha971  you aren't talking to sky CS here so no one can access your account information. Looks like you will need to call sky for help with this as something doesn't seem right.

If your bill is saying it has been paid then clearly it has been. If you have been making manual payments do had a credit on your account the bill might have been paid from the credit instead of money being taken from your account. If this is the case there is no need to make manual

payments.
