Swap

I returned my old phone on 16th December-well within the time frame - I've just had an email to say Sky have cancelled my swap-I have my new phone

Christmas delays probably, you'll have to contact Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you kept the tracking details on the receipt you should have been given then when you contact Sky give them this so they can see that you returned it.
