Sky swap phone sent but swap cancelled
I have sent my phone back to complete sky swap but received an email to say its not been received and has been cancelled.

You will need to call Sky on 150 and give them the tracking details from the receipt you were given when you sent the phone off so Sky can see that you have returned it.
