GETTING RECONNECTED

For the past five weeks I have been trying to get reconnected follwoing the acquisition of a new Galaxy phone. Endless calls to the Indian call centre were extremely unhelpful. the matter was further compounded by Sky sending me a damaged phone and therefore sending my old device back was delayed because I wanted to download everything from my old phone to gthe new one. This resulted in me being disconnected from the network and I have been unablde to use  my phone since early November.

How do you get in touch [removed] to resolve this problem???

Are you saying the sim doesn't work in your new phone ?
