Swap

I have recently done the swap and traded in my old phone for a new 1 but my bill still has the old phone on saying I have an outstanding balance. Why would this be?

Hi @Stevaz1122  it can take 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed so if the return was sent around the time of your bill being produced then it will still be on. The outstanding balance could be if the valuation of your returned device doesn't cover what's left on the contract, this is then added to your next bill.
