Issue with transferring number

Hi, 

 

I got a new sim from sky, hoping I could transfer my phone number from Vodafone over. I completed the transfer process, however I'm just after receiving an email saying that the transfer has been paused. 

 I would like to get advice from an advisor on the phone, but the phone lines are down. Any advice would be much appreciated.
