My mobile data doesn’t work
For the last three months I have been experiencing little to no data even though it is showing I have some on my app. In times where it is saying I have three bars of service on 5G nothing on my phone loads and no messages send. I am fed up with having a phone that doesn't work when I leave the house and does not warrant the money that is paid for this contract. The other members of my family on the same contract have no issues and it is just my phone that seems to be problematic.

Hi @Emilywev have you checked you have the correct APN settings in your phone ? Have you called sky about this ? Did they suggest trying a replacement sim ?

Try doing a network settings request as described here;
