Swap

I sent my old phone back and is confirmed money will be sent for this however my bill is still £20 above what it should it be how do I get this back

This can happen but will work out once the device you have returned is inspected so you should see this on a future bill.

It will be to late for that bill as it will have been created 14 days earlier so it might be on your 3rd July bill.
