Hi hope you can help me I send my Samsung galaxy tab 8a back on the 17 October and you recvite it Friday 18th 7.55pm I was swap my Samsung galaxy tab 8a for another tab I not received any update yet about the money of my old tab yet I am wondering if get a update

Hi @Shannonhagan it normally takes the company that deals with returns 2-3 weeks to process any devices sent back. If you haven't had any updates after 3 weeks then call sky on 150 for help.
