My sim has been stolen

Somebody stolen my SIM card before I've managed to activate it

Hi @Katlynwoodrow  without access to your account information then a stolen sim is useless. If you are sure it's gone then order a new sim at Sky.com.

If you haven't activated then whoever has it will not be able to do this either so you can order another one from here by selecting a package for it:
