I've recently received my new device on the swap thing sky do. However, the packaging was thrown away by accident and I need a new label and packaging to send back my old device. . I've tried various ways of getting in touch with sky, virtual assistants and trying to find an actual phone number, all with no luck. Very frustrating!! Can anyone provide a phone number to ring please? The annoying thing about this, is there was a section about what to do if the packaging was lost. It says get in touch, but then doesn't provide how to! Come on Sky, make it easier for people to get in contact!
