Swap

I am a long standing sky customer, I've been with them from the start . I have all 3 components of media from sky , TV, BROADBAND, MOBILE . I have over the years swapped my phone in many times using the swap method and have never had a problem. 
This time however I have had,nothing but problems . My swap went through I've signed the contract and the new phone should have been with me within 24hrs . Nothing arrived and no contact from Sky. 4 days later after many calls I spoke to someone else that said I will cancel the swap,and we will start again . Long story short I now have 2 swaps ongoing it says online swap is in progress and will arrive shortly . Sky say they don't know what's gone wrong they can't reverse the swap process and can't swap my phone as I have too many devices . They have pushed me into paying off two of my devices to drop the total of devices . I had 8 including the 2 swaps in progress I'm now down to 3 . I have phoned and spoken to 83 sky employees now from the 25th of September to today the 7th of October and have no new swap and no cancelled failed swaps . Has anyone had this problem !!!!!!HELP PLEASE
