Swap
I have clicked on swap. My device is worth nothing.
I paid it out of contract ages ago and no I am unsure where I placed it so I can't send it back

If you have paid the contract off on the phone then you can not return it to Sky as part of a swap but you can place an order for a new one if you want, again you will be credit checked of which you will need to pass. If for any reason you fail these checks then you will be sent a cancelled email.
