Stolen phone

Hi there. My phone was stolen yesterday, so I would like to de activate the sim and have new one dispatched to my house. Unfortunately I can't call the sky line as I haven't got a current sim in the phone I'm using now, so if this could be resolved manually, then that would be great

If you're not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren't contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

This link explains how to report a lost or stolen mobile to Sky https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-or-stolen-sky-mobile

 

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

Seeing if you can contact Sky via social media for help with this as there are links at the bottom of this page and there is also facebook messenger that you might be able to use.
