Right guys
I was wondering if someone could help me here... or even to help me understand
So my phone contract with sky mobile is due a swap and the phone is all paid for now. Looking on sky mobile I've found the phone I want to swap to but have also found a better sim.
Now what I'm wanting to do is "swap" to a new phone
but also the better value sim
i also want to keep the same phone number I've had since I can remember.
I understand contracts aren't how they used to be and you'd pay for them as package, now they're separate phone and Sim.
But this is blowing my mind at how confusing it is. I spoke to numerous advisors and seem to be none the wiser nor getting anywhere!!

If this phone has been paid off in full then you can not swap it but you can order a new one and assuming you pass the credit checks when you have it in your hands just move the sim from the old phone to this new one so when ordering just order the phone and don't order a data plan for it. If you do end up with another sim then do not activate it.
