Swap upgrade

So im trying to do the sky swap I get through to the last order bit and a message says sorry its not you its us please try again any ideas everyone

You will have to call Sky to get this swap order placed as you might keep running into the same issue if you try again. 150 is the number to call and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
