Hello I was looking to swap my phone to reduce my bills. Am I able to swap for the same phone if the price is now lower per month?

Hi @MaxineH0710. You can Swap for the same model of phone just bear in mind that no matter which device you choose, you will need to go through a credit check.

That may be a false economy though.
You may be able to reduce the monthly device charge but will extend the length of the contract.
If you continue paying until the end of your current contract then the device charge is removed and you only pay for the data plan. (And you own the phone at the end)
